    When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed with respect in a safe, private space. Your clinician or care team will work with you to understand your concerns and create a personalized wellness plan that supports your goals. How often you’re seen is based on your needs and agreed with your provider.

  • Do you provide tele-health or remote appointments?

    Yes. WVCW offers both in-person and online counseling services to provide flexible support. Virtual sessions are conducted securely and offer the same level of confidentiality and care as in-person appointments.

  • How long is a typical session?

    Individual sessions are typically 50–60 minutes long, but frequency and duration vary based on your goals and your care team’s recommendations.

  • Will I be denied services if I can’t pay?

    No. WVCW does not deny services based on ability to pay. We offer a sliding fee scale and financial assistance options to help make care accessible, and our team can work with you to explore coverage, payment options, and next steps.

  • How do I get started with services?

    To begin services, you can call 541-426-4524 and speak with the access team. They will listen to your needs, answer questions, and help connect you with the right services.
