Helping Youth Thrive and Succeed

kids hugging each other

We care deeply about the next generation and want them to have the tools and resources to live full and productive lives. Many young people need help and guidance along the way. Many times parents and guardians need help on how to best support the young people in their lives. It is not easy raising kids and it is not easy being a kid some times. We are here to help.

We can help parents and kids navigate life. Our mental health professionals can provide you with tools and resources so you can heal and grow and maintain a strong body and mind. Our developmental disabilities program can help families with children of intellectual and developmental disabilities lead fulfilling lives. You do not have to go it alone.

Much of our staff is trained specifically to work with youth and families and have varied backgrounds in working with youth (in schools, camps, wilderness therapy, art therapy, etc.). They bring a depth of knowledge and understanding that helps kids feel heard, appreciated, loved, and empowered to change, grow and suceed. We believe each kid should have the opportunity to live full lives with a strong body and mind.
