Rebecca has been working at Wallowa River House since 2011 working as a caregiver, med aide, and assistant administrator. Rebecca enjoys being able to make a difference in the lives of others at WRH and give them opportunities to have a more fulfilled life. She also provides leadership and support to all our residential administrators so we can work together across our residential living program.
Andrea Moskonas, RN
Nursing Care Coordinator & Director of Nursing Services
As the Nursing Care Coordinator of Wallowa River House, Andrea is proud to be part of the team that provides exceptional care to some of our county’s most vulnerable residents. She is also the director of nursing services for Wallowa Valley Center for Wellness and brings a cohesive and collaborative eye to our nursing team.

Health Service Coordinator
Jodie has been married for 15 years to her husband Eric, they have 4 children and one grandson. She acquired a BSN in Nursing, is a CNA2, and has over 30 years of experience working in the healthcare field as a CNA and in home care. She transitioned to Mental Health in 2008 when she joined Wallowa River house and has not regretted the change. Over the past 10 years Jodie has held different job titles at the WRH, mainly medication aid and caregiver, and while her title might change the amount of care and commitment to her residents she provides does not.
Tanya is a skills trainer at Wallowa River House. Tanya has lived in Wallowa for 40 years now. She has a husband and three grown boys and one daughter-in-law. She loves to spend her time going to concerts and camping with all of my family and my two dogs. She has worked mostly in customer service but decided to change things up and applied for a spot at Wallow River House. She finds it a nice to work at a place that puts a smile on her face!
Rheesa is a mother of two boys and has been a team member for Wallowa Valley Center for Wellness at the Wallowa River House for the past six years. In that time she has shown her skills in adapting to different roles from caregiver to cook and now manages the kitchen as Head Cook. Rheesa’s determination to our resident’s well-being goes above and beyond. She continues to offer outstanding support for not only the residents but for her co-workers as well. When Rheesa is not assisting with the care of our residents she enjoys spending time with her family and visiting the coast.
Cook & Caregiver
Becky cooks breakfast and lunch and prepares dinner. She loves having the time to visit with the residents and encouraging them to make the most out of every day.
Med Aid & Caregiver
Kyrie Weaver is trained to be a med aid and a caregiver at Wallowa River House. Kyrie likes being able to interact with the residents and support them in their day-to-day lives. It feels fulfilling to work with clients that Kyrie gets to see and can follow up with every day. After leaving a position at Safe Harbors, Kyrie welcomes the change of pace this job has afforded and feels privileged to be working amongst such a supportive team.
Chelsea likes working at Wallowa River House because her co-workers make each and every day special. She likes working here because these residents have a special place in her heart.
Med Aide & Caregiver
Kellie grew up in Wallowa and graduated from Wallowa High School. She has worked in nursing care most of her life and really enjoys it. When she moved back home and had the opportunity to work at Wallowa River House, she jumped on the opportunity and is so glad she did. She loves it so much she is hoping to work here until she retires.
Bibi Farheen Conrad
Bibi Farheen Conrad is a caregiver at Wallowa River House. She has a wonderful husband and amazing daughter and hails from an island in the Indian Ocean called Mauritius known as Paradise Island. She and her husband come from a Baha'i background and believe service to God is a service to humanity. There is no greater gift you can give to someone than your time, compassion, and love. Bibi finds it is a great honor to share friendship and service with the wonderful people of the Wallowa River House.
Linda is a caregiver and cook at Wallowa River House. She was born and raised in Wallowa and is married with a 15 year old daughter, 27 year old son and 32 year old step-daughter. Linda enjoys working on the ranch with her husband, hiking and exploring.
Elena helps keep Wallowa River House clean and safe for the residents. She also helps make dinner and takes time to visit with the residents. She just loves working here. It is due to all the wonderful, kind staff and the very sweet residents.
