Danielle Nash, MSW, CSWA
Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement
Danielle is a mental health therapist and social worker. Danielle also functions as the Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement (QAQI) Coordinator. Danielle has experience working with various populations, including experience in school counseling, adults with severe and persistent mental illnesses, and serving as a therapist in Africa. Danielle specializes in assessments and treatment planning.
Danielle believes that healing begins as soon as we decide to tell our story. Recognizing that each person is an expert in their own experience, Danielle enjoys assisting individuals in developing a coherent narrative that organizes their unique experiences and allows for increased understanding of their current state of wellness.
She enjoys meeting new clients and helping them tell their story, reflecting on all dimensions of health and wellness and collaborating with the client to develop a plan that will help them reach their goals or improve their quality of life. Danielle works to thoughtfully match each client with a therapist that specializes in exactly what they need, ensuring that every client receives care that is specific to their unique situation, personality, and preferences.
In her role as QAQI Coordinator, Danielle sees herself as an ally for individuals and families and makes herself available to brainstorm accommodations, interventions, and treatment options that could be helpful for each case. Danielle is committed to improving the services provided by Wallowa Valley Center for Wellness and encourages feedback and communication from each client. Her hope is to create space for client input and use it to inform how the agency delivers services.
