Hilary Miller, Registered Nurse
Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Nurse

Hilary is a registered nurse with the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team which is a multidisciplinary team that specializes in working with individuals with Severe and Persistent Mental Illnesses whom need assistance with successful, independent living. Services provided by Hilary include medication management including monitoring for side effects and medical conditions, care coordination with other providers, monitoring individuals for holistic health care needs to reduce hospitalizations, and provide health promotion, prevention and education services with individuals in their natural settings.

Hilary enjoys being a nurse and helping individuals live healthy, fulfilling lives. She has been an Emergency Room Nurse in La Grande and 4 years as an Active Duty Army Nurse. Yet, she has enjoyed being a nurse the most in Wallowa County. Prior to working with us, she has worked at Pioneer Guest Home and has an extensive history in working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses. Her vast knowledge is a significant benefit for the individuals we serve on the Assertive Community Treatment team.

Hilary sees her role on the ACT Team as a vital part in maintaining and improving individual’s holistic health care needs as part of a team effort to provide opportunities for a happy and fulfilling life for the individuals we serve.
