Alyssa Werst Daggett
Alyssa Werst Daggett is the Financial Specialist. Alyssa’s roll is to manage accounts payable and receivables. She makes sure that bills are paid in a timely matter, accounts are reconciled monthly, and that clinicians are credentialed with insurance companies. Her job also entails managing WVCW’s rep payee accounts, along with occasionally filling in at the front desk. Alyssa is also the company’s Notary, and serves as a TeamStepps coach. She has even tackled learning a new fundraising software that has helped out in the Hearts for Health Fundraising. Wallow Valley Center for Wellness has been a great fit for Alyssa.
Alyssa started her working career where she worked at the only local radio station in Enterprise for fifteen years. When that door closed a new one opened for her at the Wallowa Valley Center for Wellness in February 2017. You may find Alyssa working at other locations around town as this go-geter usually has two to three jobs at a time.
Alyssa is a fifth generation Wallowa County native. She was raised in Wallowa, where she graduated High School and where she still resides. Alyssa attended some college from BMCC, and studied business. She also trained and complete her Commercial Driving License by driving a log truck.
Alyssa spends her extra time playing music with a band out of Imnaha, outdoor recreations as a huntswoman, and enjoys sewing, painting and gardening when the time allows. And don’t forget driving truck has been a happy hobby for her too. Alyssa maybe a Werst, but she does the Best she can at anything that comes her way.
