In accordance with state and national safety measures to help slow the spread of COVID-19, operations at Wallowa Valley Center for Wellness have been modified and are currently focusing on serving most patients via tele-health. For patient and staff safety, starting March 17, please check in via curbside by texting 541-398-1212 with your name, appointment time, and vehicle description. Please look for signs near parking spots for details.
If you are not feeling well, you MUST re-schedule your appointment or request a tele-health appointment by calling our main office at 541-426-4524 or the Annex at 541-426-0801. Every patient will be screened prior to their appointment. Only patients with appointments will be allowed into our facilities. You will be required to wear face cloth covering in our facilities and during appointments.
We strongly recommend patients over 60, pregnant, autoimmune compromised or have a serious medical condition like diabetes use tele-health for their appointments. Groups have been cancelled in person and organizational operations are being re-evaluated concerning groups. Your clinician will still reach out to you (via phone or video chat) individually during your group time. Please expect your clinician to follow up with you.
Call your primary care provider if you have symptoms (a fever 99.6+ and difficulty breathing or a cough) or exposure to COVID-19. Please visit the Oregon Health Authority for the most up to date information. Learn more about COVID19.
