Zanni Schauffler, QMHA
EASA Case Manager
Zanni Schauffler serves as the EASA (Early Assessment and Support Alliance) Case Manager and is also a Certified Peer Support Specialist. She enjoys working with young people one-on-one and in groups to support them as they go through tough times as well as good ones. Zanni is particularly drawn to the EASA program for its focus on the young person’s unique qualities and aspirations. Zanni admires the way the EASA program emphasizes helping young people to stay true to their own distinctive qualities and aspirations despite obstacles and challenges they might be facing.
As a peer, Zanni is always using her role to advocate for the peer receiving services. She works hard to step back and make sure that the peer is driving their own treatment and to advocate for peers in challenging situations.
