Andi Mitchell
Case Manager
Andi is a Case Manager. Case managers help individuals manage day-to-day life, navigate systems, and provide skill training. Her goal is to help each client live a hopeful and secure life. She works mostly out in the community with clients so you rarely see her at the office.
Andi comes to us with a diverse background. She has been a long-line deckhand, short-order cook, wilderness trail builder, tree planter, and librarian tech. Andi has also worked as a Fish Range and Forestry Biologist for private, state, federal and tribal agencies and as a firefighter, irrigator, wrangler, and alongside her cowboy husband at the McClaran’s Ranch.
Besides her extensive career, she has been a child advocate for 20 some years and a foster parent for some of that. Andi has always been fascinated by how people shape themselves and others and is excited that her role with us will help others to grow and shape themselves in positive ways.
