Maggie Hunt, CADC II

Maggie Hunt has been an employee at Wallowa Valley Center for Wellness since 2000 and has over 20 years in the addiction treatment field. She is a level II certified addiction counselor for our Substance Use Disorder Program and is also certified in the treatment of problem gambling and gaming.

Maggie believes in a motivational stage-based approach to services and meeting people where they are at in their recoveries. She works with individuals, families, and groups and uses an eclectic mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Person-centered Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy, and psycho-education.
